Personal training at Joe Dunne fitness ensures you train with the most qualified & experienced professional trainers in the business. Whether you are interested in fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, we can deliver the results you want with a personalised program to suit your lifestyle and schedule.
Training can only take place with one of our Trainers, ensuring that all clients are working on a one-on-one basis. This ensures you and your trainer can only focus on one thing, your results.
We specialise in providing not only successful personal training, but ensuring that nutrition advice is catered for, with daily eating plans provided if required. At Joe Dunne Fitness it is more than just a one-on-one training, we individualize programs specific to each individual client. We do not have a standardised approach to training our clients as every person, every individual is different & has different tolerances and abilities, our secret is understanding this and ensuring you push yourself to these limits in a safe controlled environment.
